Organizations are living, breathing organisms. They are born, they grow, and sometimes they go through an awkward adolescence on the way to maturity. Some companies start life flush with cash handed down from a rich parent. Some companies struggle their way up from nothing to dominate their market.
And sometimes…
Well sometimes they just don’t make it no matter how hard they try.
HomeFront’s Process Series of solutions is designed to insure that a company has a decent shot at “making it.” We know how to affirm companies who already have a great plan in place and we know how to detect the warning signs of a company heading for a crisis. We know how to pulse check your organization culturally, financially, and from a marketing perspective. We know how to engineer solid business process solutions, including the technology it takes to make it all fit together seamlessly, to help your company thrive.
HomeFront approaches business process assessment from a diagnostic perspective. We bring a multi-disciplinary approach to understanding your mission and goals, your current workflow, and your current market presentation to help you focus in on what it will take to maximize your chances of long-term success.
- How does information flow through your company?
- How do you communicate within and between teams?
- How do you let the world know about your products and services?
- How do you relate to partners and customers?
- What financial controls and triggers help you insure a constant pulse on the bottom line?
As with our Leadership, Team, and Tech Series of offerings, HomeFront’s Business Process Series of services is segmented into three areas to meet the needs of new, existing, and recovering organizations. Process Power is a comprehensive, birth-to-maturity offering that gets your company off on a strong process path from the beginning. We help you establish benchmarks and milestones to measure your success and set up an annual check-up to insure you are meeting those benchmarks and milestones. Each plan is unique to the company and industry. Our partnership is intended to be cost-effective for you over the long term. Process Health is geared toward the going concern that wants to engage in regular review and adjustment of its processes and partnerships. History is important in this series of services. A comprehensive dialog about the past activities and performance of the organization is crucial before real assessment can go forward. From there, the diagnostic approach is employed, checking performance against stated goals and identifying where perception doesn’t match up with reality. We then lay out a proposed plan of action that will help you move your organization toward maximum efficiency. Our Process Recovery series is for organizations whose processes have failed, leaving the business exposed to dramatic challenges from outside forces or market pressures. The company or non-profit that needs Process Recovery recognizes that it has gaps in its systems and knows that if it doesn’t take immediate action it risks failure. Process Recover has worked particularly well in non-profit settings where sudden leadership changes have left uncertainty in their wake. The Board of the organization wants to insure a stable footing during the transitional period and seeks a comprehensive process and leadership assessment to keep things moving forward with an eye toward establishing “Best Practices” in the interim. Our Process Series of services is dedicated to helping companies structure operations (and necessary supporting technology) for maximum impact with minimal effort. |
